Each referral runs on its own 24-month clock, so new referrals keep earning at 25% even after an older one winds down. There is no cap on how many customers you can refer. Managed Microsoft 365 / Office 365 subscriptions are not commissionable.

That's $90.00 across year one (12 × $7.50) plus $36.00 in year two (12 × $3.00). Refer ten clients on that plan and you've earned $1,260 without touching a support ticket. Larger plans and multi-seat subscriptions pay proportionally more.

U.S. affiliates paid $600 or more in a calendar year will receive an IRS Form 1099-NEC; a W-9 is required before your first payout. You choose your payout method below and can change it any time from your affiliate portal.

1. Relationship of the Parties. You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, partner, or joint venturer of TechShield MSP. You have no authority to bind TechShield MSP, sign contracts on its behalf, or make representations about pricing, service levels, or capabilities beyond what is published on techshieldmsp.us. You are responsible for your own taxes, expenses, and any business licenses your activity requires. Nothing here creates an exclusive arrangement in either direction.
2. Referral Tracking. Referrals are tracked by your unique referral link and a browser cookie that lasts 30 days from the visitor's last click. Commission is credited to the affiliate whose referral was recorded first for a given customer. If a customer arrives with no valid tracking, or was already an active customer, in our sales pipeline, or introduced by another affiliate first, no commission is due.
3. Commission. You earn 25% of each invoice a referred customer pays during months 1โ12, and 10% during months 13โ24, measured from the date that customer first becomes a paying client. After 24 months, commission on that customer ends permanently. Commission is calculated on the net amount actually collected, excluding sales tax, shipping, and third-party pass-through fees. Each referred customer runs on an independent 24-month clock.
4. Chargebacks and Refunds. If an invoice is refunded, reversed, or charged back, the corresponding commission is deducted from your balance. If your balance is insufficient, the shortfall is carried against future commission. Commission is held for 30 days after the invoice is paid before it becomes payable.
5. Payment Terms. Balances are reviewed monthly and paid within the first 10 days of the following month by ACH bank transfer or mailed check, drawn on our business account at Found.com, according to the payout method you select. A minimum balance of $50.00 is required; smaller balances roll forward. You are responsible for keeping your payment details and mailing address accurate โ we are not liable for funds misdirected due to information you provided. A completed W-9 is required before your first payout, and U.S. affiliates paid $600 or more in a calendar year will receive a Form 1099-NEC.
6. Prohibited Conduct. You agree not to: bid on TechShield MSP brand terms in paid search or use our name in ad copy without written permission; send unsolicited bulk email, SMS, or messages that violate the CAN-SPAM Act, TCPA, or similar laws; post your referral link on coupon, cashback, or incentive sites without approval; make false, misleading, or unauthorized claims about our services, pricing, security posture, or compliance certifications; impersonate TechShield MSP or represent yourself as an employee; refer yourself, your own business, or immediate family members; or use bots, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, iframes, or any other artificial means of generating referrals. Any of these voids the associated commission.
7. Brand Use. You may use the TechShield MSP name and logo solely to promote our services in their unmodified form. We may revoke this permission at any time. You may not register domains, social handles, or business names containing "TechShield" or a confusingly similar variant.
8. Confidentiality. Customer names, contact details, pricing discussions, and any non-public business information you learn through this program are confidential. You may not disclose them or use them for any purpose other than referring business to TechShield MSP. This obligation survives termination of this agreement.
9. Term and Termination. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, for any reason, with written notice (email is sufficient). On termination for any reason other than fraud or breach, commission already earned and cleared will be paid on the next normal payout cycle, and commission on existing referrals stops accruing as of the termination date. If we terminate for fraud, abuse, or material breach, unpaid commission is forfeited.
10. Program Changes. We may modify commission rates, the commission term, payout thresholds, or these terms with 30 days' notice by email to the address on your account. Changes are not retroactive: referrals recorded before the effective date continue under the terms in force when they were recorded. Continuing to participate after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
11. No Guarantee. Participation does not guarantee any level of earnings. Any figures or examples shown on this page are illustrations of the commission formula, not projections or promises of income.
12. Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechShield MSP's total liability under this agreement is limited to the amount of commission actually payable to you at the time the claim arises. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
13. Governing Law. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue for any dispute lies in Cherokee County, Georgia.
14. Entire Agreement. This agreement, together with our published Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, is the entire agreement between you and TechShield MSP regarding the affiliate program, and supersedes any prior discussions. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
